Over the years, Makasi has lived in New York & Los Angeles and there he learned to understand that you have to think outside the box when it comes to mixing music. Because of one of his great examples Dj Am (r.i.p.) Makasi is mixing all kinds of genres in a special way! This is what makes him different that all the other Open Format / EDM Djs!
During his musical journey, he had the honors to play with some of the biggest Talents on stage like: Flo Rida, T Pain, Nicole Scherzinger, Wil.I.Am., 50 Cent, N.E.R.D., Ne Yo, and the list goes on! Because of his wide range of music he got to play at the afterparty in Ceasar's Palace - The Colloseum (Las Vegas) With Leonard Cohen! Also shared the Turntables with Djs like Chuckie, Laidback Luke, A Trak, Martin Solveig, Afrojack, R3hab, Nervo.
